I havent heard anything about the accident but i do know that she broke her ankle while filming a scene for one of her movies. i think it was the salsa scene in along came polly. im not sure though

and remember in season 9 rach got some with her fingers
at first they are in sticking plaster then both are her nail were dark
maybe she jammed or sth?
do u know sth about it?

I remember reading something about its from when her & B were remodeling thier house & she was cleaning a window & the window came down on her fingers
